The book “Explore your unconscious mind” by Thanos Kyng and Simon Knight takes us on a journey to the hidden parts of our mind and challenges us to ask simple, nonetheless profoundly important questions about ourselves. I appreciate it for its practical approach, which is an invitation for self-guided work and more awareness. The core idea is that, if we are willing to accept the challenge and practice, we can become friends with the Unconscious and it will help us to evolve, be more creative and make this world a better place to live.
